Transportation / Arrivals
For those arriving by commercial flight on Tuesday, June 30, transportation from Halifax Airport to Fox Harb’r has been arranged based on the information you provided.
Those of us scheduled to arrive before 2:30 pm will be traveling together in a coach bus. If you are arriving in Halifax early and planned to come with us to the resort please be to the airport by 1:45.
A woman with the firm who help me arrange everything will meet us after we get baggage. She will be in the main area holding a Stephens Family Reunion sign. Her name is Roxanne Bentley. She will be wearing black with a blue Nova Scotia Tartan Scarf. Her cell# is 902-225-2803. Once everyone is gathered, she will walk us down to where the coach parks (Just a 1-minute walk), where our luggage will be loaded and they will depart.
A few of us are arriving later. Car service has been arranged for you. Look for signage for Fox Harb’r Resort in the main area after you get your baggage.
Sunday, July 5 – Departures
Breakfast will be available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Northumberland Room. Hotel checkout is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Transportation to the airport has been arranged for everyone. Most of us will depart at 10:30 am. Harris family will depart at 9:30 am. I will let everyone know where to come for departure.
